Marinate the washed and drained slices for 30 mins in wheat flour, chilly powder, few drops of vinegar, salt as per taste, turmeric powder and pepper powder, few curry leaves, curd and Ginger garlic paste.
Heat oil in a pan to shallow fry the marinated slices. Shallow fry on medium flame. This will allow the slices to cook as well will avoid the slices from getting burnt.
