Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 raw bananas (medium sliced)


  • 1 tbsp wheat flour


  • 1/2 tsp chilly powder


  • 5 drops vinegar


  • Salt 2taste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder


  • 5 curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp curd


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Medium slice raw bananas. Run them through cold water to remove the stickiness between the slices.
  • Marinate the washed and drained slices for 30 mins in wheat flour, chilly powder, few drops of vinegar, salt as per taste, turmeric powder and pepper powder, few curry leaves, curd and Ginger garlic paste. Heat oil in a pan to shallow fry the marinated slices. Shallow fry on medium flame. This will allow the slices to cook as well will avoid the slices from getting burnt.
  • Once done, remove them and sprinkle some chat masala powder.
